The Opportunity

This position works out of our Lake Forest, IL location on site 5 days a week. This role is based out of our CMI division.

The Senior Marketing Business Analyst will be the expert for multiple marketing systems within the internal creative agency, with a specific focus on product information management and marketing data syndication to digital and print publications and other external and internal vendors, systems, and assets.

What You’ll Work On

  • Senior-level Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.

  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

  • Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

  • Application and business requirements analysis and management

  • Focus on product marketing data acquisition and publishing to digital and print properties/assets.

  • Creation of system training and business user system documentation, issue reporting/tracking, annual system certification, business user acceptance testing, and communication to end-users.

  • Ensure compliance in performing the overall activities. Collaborate with key groups such as Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Nutrition Science to obtain approval for acquired product data, and regular updates to relevant policies and procedures.

  • Marketing Program and Project Management

  • Creation and issuance of reports

  • Management and business ownership of key systems involved in product marketing.

  • Vendor management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Marketing and/or Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in Marketing-related systems and processes, and regulatory/compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in the following: Informatics, Analytics, Data Science, SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence, Salesforce and more.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
