The Opportunity
This position works out of our Irvine, CA, location in the Electrophysiology (EP) division.
Main Purpose of Role
The Material & Inventory Specialist I is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner.
What You’ll Work On
- Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.
- Generate Work Orders from an ERP system.
- Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system.
- Perform cycle counting as required.
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
- Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed.
- Work in a cross functional team environment.
- Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training provided.
- Must work overtime as required for business needs.
Shift
6am - 2:30pm, with potential overtime
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years’ related experience required
- General proficiency in Microsoft Office required

The base pay for this position is $18.70 – $37.40 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
