The Opportunity
This position works out of our Houston, TX location in the AVD division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
What You’ll Work On
- Activities include managing stock levels and movements, processing orders and shipments, ensuring warehouse security, performing stocktakes, and maintaining inventory records.
- Receive incoming goods.
- Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods.
- Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
- Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.).
- Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures.
- These activities may include answering telephones, updating stock cards and inventory records, and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 0-2 years of related work experience.

The base pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
