The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Leader, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and support product launches through integrated communication strategies and marketing automation. This role requires strong collaboration across technical, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects. You will coordinate a multitude of interrelated activities within constraints of limited human and financial resources and changing priorities. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.

What You’ll Work On

  • Formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes, plans, strategies, and budgets for one or more projects, working closely with functional Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts from R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions.

  • Liaise with other Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities across programs to balance resource availability, program deliverables, schedule, and business needs.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies across customer engagement platforms to support product launches and lifecycle marketing.

  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enable segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking for customer communications.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Drive process improvements and best practices for scalable and efficient communication workflows.

  • Manage Issue Response Team activities, including coordinating cross-functional responses to product or communication issues, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining clear documentation of actions taken.

  • Develop escalation protocols and communication plans for issue management, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

  • Facilitate post-issue reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures for future projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline appropriate to the project or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience.

  • Has successfully led several high complexity projects from beginning to end.

  • Demonstrated technical skills and management judgment appropriate to the project.

  • Demonstrated expertise in PM tools and processes

May be required to travel up to 20%.

The base pay for this position is $130,700.00 – $261,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
