This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On
- This role focuses primarily on assigned projects, from initiation through planning to execution to completion.
- Support the development of capital program scope by working with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, with-in scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Responsible for developing several scope options to evaluate and choose the best business case for the organization by working with multiple area finance teams.
- Utilize engineering knowledge to support equipment design by properly preparing requests for proposal documentation, updating equipment specifications, and having detailed equipment design conversations with equipment suppliers.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time with multiple timelines and maintain adherence to internal process timelines.
You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
- Approximately 2 years' experience in engineering/controls role or internship or advanced education to achieve level of skill.
- Mechanical, Civil, Structural, and industrial engineering experience.
- Manufacturing Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction Management, infrastructure project management experience
- PMP Certification

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
