The Opportunity 

The position of Receiving Coordinator is within the Toxicology division located at Gretna, LA.  

In this role, the individual will be responsible for receiving incoming freight and inventory management of lab supplies.

Shift

Monday to Friday

8:00 am-4:30 pm

What You’ll Work On

  • Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and verify order completeness
  • Stocking and inventory management of supplies within site warehouses and lab
  • Maintain warehouse and ensure supplies are easily identifiable and retrievable
  • Reconcile packing slips according to company procedures
  • Transfer of supplies between the main warehouse and reserve warehouse location
  • Must comply with company policy regarding handling of supplies, chemicals, and reagents.

Required Qualifications

  • High school education or GED 
  • Valid LA driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to work in a self-directed capacity with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds routinely
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to operate hydraulic hoist

The base pay for this position is $15.15 – $30.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
