THE OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an opening for a Quality Systems Specialist for the Vascular division. This role is located at our St. Paul, MN location. This is a fully onsite role.
Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Systems Specialist will directly support tasks around current integration projects. Will analyze quality standards for components, materials or services. Applies measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures that ensure that quality standards are met.
- Apply quality principles, analyzes quality records, prepares reports and recommends improvements.
- Conduct inspection, verification and validation of components or materials used in development processes.
- Identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
- May liaise with external vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Education
- Associate’s Degree
Minimum Experience / Training
- 1 year related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with integrations related to acquisitions or change management, a plus.
- Quality Systems experience within Medical Devices, a plus.
- Experience with one or more of the following programs: CatsWeb, Propel, SAP, Viewpoint, a plus.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
