This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On

  • This role focuses primarily on process of project development and implementations
  • Support the development of capital program scope by working with commercial, research and development, quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
  • Responsible for developing several scope options to evaluate and choose the best business case for the organization by working with multiple area finance teams.
  • Utilize engineering knowledge to support equipment design by properly preparing requests for proposal documentation, updating equipment specifications, and having detailed equipment design conversations with equipment suppliers
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time with multiple timelines and maintain adherence to internal process timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience. A post-graduate education/degree is desired and may contribute towards the desired years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Food or Medical Manufacturing Experience

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
