We are seeking a Lead Designer to lead the design of the next evolution of the product. This role is ideal for a strategic design leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply passionate about user-centered design, and is excited to shape the future of health technology at scale.
What You'll Work On
As the Lead Designer, Product Design, you will:
- Lead Product Evolution: Own the design vision for Lingo 2.0, our next-generation health platform. You'll rearchitect the user experience from the ground up, making it simpler and more intuitive while delivering actionable insights that empower users to make smarter health decisions.
- Champion User-Centered Design: Ensure that all design work is grounded in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Lead Design Work: Own the design direction and execution for major product initiatives, setting the standard for design quality across the team. Mentor and guide other designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product management, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Influence Product Direction: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by advocating for the user and identifying opportunities for differentiation through design.
- Communicate Design Impact: Articulate design vision, progress, and impact to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with demonstrated leadership and influence over design outcomes.
- Bachelor's in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in design
- Experience in health tech, wearables, or performance-focused consumer products is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile development, design thinking, and user research
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

The base pay for this position is $130,700.00 – $261,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
