MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Specialist individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
• Applies subject matter knowledge.
• Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
• Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
• Conducts complex/sophisticated reviews and estimations including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
• Defines criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
• Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Associates Degree (± 13 years)
• Preferred: Degree in Engineering

• Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering related work.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
