The Opportunity
The Brand Manager, Pediatric Nutrition-PediaSure position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and implementing business strategies and tactics to effectively support delivery of business objectives, including net sales, share growth and profit margin for the PediaSure business. Additional responsibilities include demand and consumer insight generation, strategic and tactical planning, CRM program ownership, agency leadership, brand performance analysis, reporting findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, initiative management, fiscal management, and contingency planning.
What You’ll Work On
Drive Consumer Demand:
Lead Brand fundamentals: brand ladder, consumer targeting, brand equity performance and optimizations
Own content and creative strategy, development and execution
Responsible for campaign and Back-to-School amplification
Launch commercial or product innovation into market
PediaSure Rewards (CRM) Program:
Create 3-year strategic plan, inclusive of agency/partner management
Develop consumer journey, contact strategy and content development
Identify key performance indicators and partner with internal and external partners on monthly dashboards and performance communication with leadership
Business planning/brand stewardship:
Manage the alignment and adherence to annual communication calendar and tactics, including agency briefings, internal leadership alignment and measurement plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups may include external customers and consumers, Area Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Affairs, Legal, Medical, Executive Management and external vendors or agencies.
Collaborate with core brand team and cross-functional areas to ensure initiatives are supported by robust go to market plans.
Evaluate in-market performance of programs to ensure that they are delivering against expectations and business objectives and proactively recommend action to continuously improve key measures.
Identify test and learns and future research needs to aid in plan/ long- range plan development.
Analyze marketing programs, opportunities and contingency plans and recommend optimizations to senior management and gain alignment.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Marketing
4+ years of progressively responsible brand/product management experience in either health care/OTC marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two.
Demonstrated effective leadership competencies, including leadership in project management.
Demonstrated leadership with agencies including constructive feedback and fast paced decision making.
Financial and budget management experience and skills.
Resourceful marketer with the independence to find solutions to business problems and then act on them to drive results.
Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans.
Ability to translate insights into actions & brand implications.
Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior leadership to influence business strategy and investment decisions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking capabilities.
Applies data to support business decisions, strategies, contingency plans, and to provide direction to others.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives. Willing to support others and share best-practices.
Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
MBA strongly preferred due to the business complexity and strategic focus of the position.

The base pay for this position is $90,700.00 – $181,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
